Organogram Director of Public Engagement | Manager of Digital Marketing & Communications | Executive Digital Marketing & Communications
Key Objectives of the Job Raising awareness for a complex and unacknowledged issue such as child sexual abuse on the digital platform
Major Deliverables The major responsibilities are:

  • Website Management & SEO and management of all Social Media Accounts and brand sentiment summary
  • Knowledge and experience in all phases of the Search Engine Optimization process, including in-depth site analysis, on-page optimization, link building promotion and fix accessibility issues
  • Implement social media strategies across all online platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design the digital content strategy with the objective of increasing brand reach, engagement with relevant stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tool and digital marketing
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Tracking and analyzing the traffic for retargeting with Google Analytics
  • Assist the Manager Digital Marketing & Communications in any other marketing requirements as assigned

  • Google Certified Adwords Professional
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Online Content Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ad words, Social Media Marketing, Online Advertising, Mobile Marketing, Social Listening, Web Analytics, Performance Marketing
  • Easily able to manage Blog Design & Posting, Article Publishing, RSS Feeds, Forum Listing, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skill
Educational Qualification MBA/PGDBM in Marketing & communications or Graduate with relevant experience
Desired Experience Minimum of 1-2 years of digital and social marketing experience and overall experience of 3-5 years

Ability to work in a small team, good interpersonal skills, ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across digital platforms
