He is a senior management professional with over 25+ years of working experience in establishing a strong sales and distribution network, team management, business development, leadership and building organisation. He has studied B.E Electronics from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology in Pune & Post graduate program in development management (PGPDM) from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR).
Hemesh has hands-on experience in supply chain, operations and team building. Prior to Arpan, he has been associated with the Top IT & FMCG industry. He is a channel sales expert with a proven record in credit control and management, he has successfully built and developed two start-ups in his career. His strengths lie in the domains of business planning, forecasting and market understanding.
Hemesh has been associated with Arpan since 2013. Currently, he leads the Government Partnerships, Finance and Administration.
