|4. Major Deliverables||The major responsibilities are:
|5. Job Challenge||To provide direction in developing effective Research, Monitoring & Evaluation systems and research activities, and ensure implementation of the same in the context of a nuanced issue like CSA.
Continuous strategy and ideation with the senior team and Board members to refine Arpan’s direction of travel with a focus on intellectual property creation.
Building low attrition, high quality, motivated team, and providing direction and mentorship to large, young and diverse teams.
|6. Specialized job competencies||Ability to ideate and work independently to materialize the organizational goals of Research, Monitoring & Evaluation|
|7. Educational Qualification||Post Graduation in social sciences, development studies, statistics, demography, economics or related fields|
|8. Desired Experience||Having experience of leading programmes for 10 years, out of which 3-4 years must be M&E experience. Should be a stickler for detail and process adherence.|
|9. Other desired attributes||Inter-personal skills and perseverance|
|11. Salary range||Rs. 1.20 – 1.60 lakh per month. (depending on qualification and years of experience)|
