Key Objectives of the Job Ensure quality driven implementation of prevention services
Major Deliverables The major responsibilities are:

1. Implementing of the Prevention projects of Arpan on the field namely teaching children personal safety skills from the age group of 6 – 18 years in schools and conducting Awareness sessions on child sexual abuse with parents, teachers, other stakeholders

2. Documentation of field experiences in a timely manner

3. Adherence to the operational protocol including timely reporting of field activities to coordinators

4. Ensuring regular reviews with Coordinator and Manager, Prevention Services

Specialized job competencies Ability to work in a large diverse team

Keenness to work with children

Educational Qualification Graduation in Education, Sociology, Social work, Psychology, Child Development, and other related fields—Post Graduate
Desired Experience Post Graduate fresher with exceptional field work or volunteering experience; 1-3 year of work experience as a teacher/ in the development sector preferably working with children, child protection
Other desired attributes Ability to work in a large team; creative and child-friendly; open to extensive local travel; Multilingual
Location Mumbai
Salary range 18000/- p.m to 19,000/- p.m +
4500/- p.m (Travel reimbursement) +
1500/-(Therapeutic allowances)
