
Dr. Neha Sharma
Dr. Neha Sharma is a content and advocacy professional with over a decade of experience spanning in child safety, education, public health and gender. She holds a Ph.D. in Development Communication and Extension from the University of Delhi and brings a strong foundation in research, strategic communication, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement.
Before joining Arpan, Neha worked across academia as an Assistant Professor at the University of Delhi and as a practitioner in the development sector on programmes focused on adolescent education, child and maternal health, women’s empowerment and Public health.
Over the past eight years at Arpan, Neha has worked extensively at the intersection of capacity building for stakeholders like educators and healthcare professionals, advocacy initiatives to integrate child safety and rights-based perspectives into formal education systems and content development for diverse audiences.
With a background that combines academic research, development practice, content, and communication, Neha believes in creating communication that is thoughtful, accessible, purposeful, and rooted in lived realities. She looks forward to amplifying Arpan’s voice and contributing to its larger vision of creating safer environments for children.
