Mohit brings 24 years of experience in education, assessments, and large-scale programme management across the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors, with expertise spanning operations, quality and compliance, and public-private partnerships.
During his tenure at the British Council, Mohit held progressive leadership roles managing business development, marketing, quality, compliance, and assessments across India, Nepal, and Abu Dhabi. He went on to lead the IELTS business nationally at Centum Learning Limited, managing operations across the country and building one of the largest assessment delivery networks in the region.
At Ampersand Group, Mohit led large-scale government programmes across Maharashtra and other states, spanning Common Entrance Test (CET), NSQF-aligned skilling initiatives, Self Defence training for the girl child, and Safety and Security projects for schools. These programmes reached students across thousands of schools and impacted millions of children, reflecting his ability to design and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives at scale. Mohit's work on student safety programmes, in particular, stayed with him and is what drew him to Arpan's mission.
Mohit holds an MBA from the Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi. His approach is grounded in building strong, well-governed systems that can operate reliably at scale. He is passionate about leveraging his expertise in large-scale programme delivery to support Arpan's mission of creating a world free from Child Sexual Abuse.
