Neelam Parab is an Associate Director in the Prevention Services at Arpan. A gold medalist with a Master’s in Social Work from S.N.D.T. University, Churchgate, Neelam brings over 14 years of extensive experience in the field of child protection.
At Arpan, she has played a pivotal role in implementing the Personal Safety Education (PSE) programme across schools, ensuring the smooth execution of Arpan’s flagship initiatives. She has led and managed large-scale training programmes and has contributed strategically to strengthening the organisation’s support unit functions.
Driven by a strong commitment to addressing the sensitive issue of Child Sexual Abuse, Neelam aims to make a meaningful impact in creating a safer future for children in India.
When Neelam is not at office, she enjoys gardening and spending time with pet animals.
