Sanjana Thakkar
Sanjana Thakkar is a results-driven professional with 25+ years of experience in consumer and market insights, spanning client and agency roles in India and the UK. She has worked across sectors including telecommunications, finance, and consumer goods, leveraging insights to inform corporate strategies and influence behaviour.

As co-founder of DIGIseniors, she’s empowered 600+ seniors through digital literacy workshops with partners like Tata Trust and Rotary. She also co-founded thehelpcentre.org, connecting donors to COVID-19 relief initiatives.

Her consulting role at BrandsCapes Worldwide showcased the strategic use of social media analytics and big data for product innovation and e-commerce. Her leadership roles at Vodafone (India and UK), BrandsCapes, Synovate, IMRB, and Reliance Capital reflect a strong record of delivering high-impact insights and partnerships with brands like Unilever and Visa.

She holds an MMS (Finance) from Sydenham and a degree in Economics (Hons) from Miranda House. In 2018, she completed the Berkeley Executive Program in Management at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, earning a Certificate of Business Excellence as part of her most recent upskilling journey. An active thought leader and speaker on leadership and inclusivity, she has presented at MRSI, participated as a panelist at various external events, and mentors through GLG.

Sanjana leads the Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation at Arpan. Apart from the work, Sanjana enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and trying different cuisines. She also values meaningful interactions and networking with people from all walks of life.
