Sweta Dholakia is an academician working in the education industry for more than 16 years. Her experience spans across different sectors – Franchisee Preschool Education, K–12 schools, and EdTech to build impact-driven learning solutions for children, built large
teacher education programs to strengthen educator capacity. She started her journey as a curriculum developer soon after completing her graduation in
Psychology from D. G. Ruparel College and her Masters in Human Development from S.N.D.T Women’s University. She has worked extensively on building pedagogically sound curricula, designing teacher training programmes, and developing educational products aligned to national frameworks. Over the years, she has worked and collaborated with leading organisations such as ZeeLearn Ltd, Oxford University Press, Macmillan Education and Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). She has trained and mentored over 5,000 educators working in different diverse settings. Prior to this, she was Head of Content Quality Assurance at HubbleHox, where she led key initiatives including university recognised teacher professional development programmes and adaptive assessments. Creating meaningful and impact driven learning experiences for both teachers and children is at the heart of everything she does.
