Dr. Usha Ram
Dr Usha Ram is Professor and Head, Department of Public Health & Mortality Studies at the International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai (India). She has coordinated several large-scale studies at IIPS as the principal investigator, including Concurrent Evaluation of National Rural Health Mission and Youth in India: Situation and Needs Study.
Dr Ram’s research interests are mortality estimation, maternal and child health, mental health, adolescents and youth health, reproductive and sexual health, population projections.
