Pallavi Wagle
Pallavi has 18 years of experience spanning the social impact and consulting space across sectors such as financial services, banking, manufacturing and non-profits. She moved to the social impact space in 2017 by joining Dasra, a strategic philanthropic foundation, where she worked with nonprofits as well as donors across domains such as livelihoods, maternal and child health, children’s education, community development, among others. Her motivation to move full time to the social impact space came from certain pro-bono engagements with non-profits which demonstrated the perseverance and passion, notwithstanding the resource crunch that nonprofits face.

Pallavi leads the People & Culture and Communications portfolio at Arpan. In her leisure time, Pallavi enjoys birdwatching and nature photography, baking and crocheting.
