These terms and conditions apply to all clauses featured in any publications and online services related to Daan Utsav Contest organised by Arpan.
The promoter is Arpan an NGO working on prevention of Child Sexual Abuse based in Mumbai
The contest is open to anyone aged 18 years or over except employees of Arpan
Only the top 20 contributors to Arpan’s Daan Utsav campaign through any means are eligible for the lucky draw.
By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only one entry will be considered per person.
Closing date for entry will be until 09.10.2020 10 PM IST. After this date no further entries to the contest will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
One lucky winner will be selected randomly via a lucky draw to have a virtual meet and greet with Vidya Balan
One other lucky winner will be selected randomly via a lucky draw to win the gorgeous saree that Vidya Balan has so generously given towards our fundraising efforts.
All donations towards the campaign of INR 10,000 and above will get an autographed diary by Vidya Balan
Diaries will be couriered within India only. For out of India contributors, please share our local address or have the diary picked up from Arpan’s Office at Delta Chemicals Pvt Ltd., J/1, Cama Industrial Zone, Off. Valbhatt Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400063, India
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.
The promoter agrees to seek permission from the winners before the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
The top 20 contributors will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 24 hours of the closing date and need to respond giving consent within 48 hours of the intimation being sent by Arpan. In case consent is not received in time the entry will not be considered for the lucky draw.
On selection of the winner, if they cannot be contacted within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize will be delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by the Indian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
The winner’s name will be available on our social media platforms on finalisation
While Arpan will try its best to arrange for the virtual meet and greet at a time that is mutually convenient, the meet and greet date and time will be completely as per Vidya Balan’s availability.
Arpan shall have the right, without prior notice, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Arpan also reserves the right to cancel the contest if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Entry into the contest will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
